2019-20 Affiliation Window NOW OPEN
The window to affiliate to shropshire FA ahead of the 2019-20 season is now open!
The affiliation process can be completed through the online Whole Game System – and ALL adult and youth clubs are required to affiliate for the new season and purchase Personal Accident Insurance through Shropshire FA for each team under their affiliation.
NOTE: Can all clubs please ensure that, when completing information for their affiliation, they add ALL teams for the 2019-20 season. This includes Saturday, Sunday and Youth teams. Each team has to be added separately per age group AND aligned to the correct league.
If you affiliated for the 18/19 season, your affiliation and insurances are valid until 30th June 2019.
From the 1st July 2019 you must hold a 2019/20 affiliation to partake in any sanctioned football activity. This includes training and pre-season friendlies.
The affiliation WILL NOT process if all safeguarding sections for youth clubs are not up-to-date. Please ensure that ALL coaches aligned to youth teams have an in-date FA CRC and the Secretary, Chairman, Treasurer and Welfare Officer also have all their relevant qualifications in-date.
ALL of the above roles require the Online Committee Safeguarding qualification.
