A bit about the role:
We want a strategic thinker who can establish links with partner organisations, clubs, leagues and volunteers to service existing and create new playing opportunities for underrepresented groups. Disability, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity or age should not be a barrier to participate in the game. Join us in removing those barriers and engaging with our diverse communities to immerse them in our work and gain their insight into how we can support them in their football journey. 

We’re looking for the best candidate who can support the delivery of our volunteer workforce and strategically position us to be leading the way in ensuring football is for all, with a particular focus in the Telford area. You’ll get the chance to work for a progressive and innovative County FA and work closely with colleagues nationally at The FA. 

• The successful candidate will receive a 3 year fixed term contract.
